Contact enquiries

The contact form requests your name, email address, topic and message, with an optional company name. These details are used to respond to your enquiry. Please do not submit passwords, API keys or sensitive personal information.

Processing and retention

An enquiry is stored in Cloud Firestore. The lead record has no automatic deletion time and is kept until the operator deletes it. A separate rate-limit record stores a SHA-256 hash of the network address and is configured to expire. When email delivery is configured, a notification is sent through Resend. This website does not delete those email copies.

Abuse prevention

The contact function rejects invalid fields and limits how often the same network address can submit. It stores a SHA-256 hash of that address for the limit, not the raw address, and the hash is not salted. App Check is not enabled.

Analytics

Analytics are not loaded. The site configuration does not register Firebase Analytics.
